The Forum - Collection Prospect Park is a planned 1.5 million square foot mixed-use development located approximately twenty-two miles north of Atlanta on the northwest quadrant of GA 400 and Old Milton Parkway (State Road 120) in the affluent and high growth area of Alpharetta, Georgia. The Forum - Collection Prospect Park will be comprised of approximately 800,000 square feet of upscale specialty retail, department stores, a multiplex cinema, and a variety of full-service and fast casual restaurants. Additionally, The Forum will have approximately 200,000 square feet of Class A office space, a luxury hotel, and over 500 housing units. Construction on The Forum is scheduled to commence Spring 2005 with an anticipated Grand Opening Summer 2008.
